Kiewit Infrastructure Co. is providing Progressive Design-Build Services for the delivery of the Maryland Transportation Authority's (MDTA) Key Bridge Rebuild Project. The Project will replace the 1.7-mile-long bridge on I-695/MD 695 that crossed the Patapsco River.
Kiewit is currently soliciting bids from firms interested in contracting opportunities on the Key Bridge Rebuild Project. Please see below for bid package details and instructions for accessing bid documents.
In addition, we will be hosting a Virtual Pre-Bid Question and Answer Session (Please note this is a repeat presentation of the Q&A session held on 1/15/2026) on January 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., EST to ensure firms are prepared to submit bids for the current scopes of work being solicited.
