Status message
The County expressly disclaims any and all liability, including third party liability with respect to the subject of this Agreement. Program Partners must agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the County from any claims against it or its officers, agents, and employees from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, and costs arising out of or resulting from any act or omission made by the Partner, its officers, agents, employees, and contractors in performance of this Agreement. This Indemnification obligation extends to any claims brought by third parties.
