For in-person service, please visit out other offices at 2664 Riva Road or Arundel Center (44 Calvert Street) locations in Annapolis between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

To be considered for a "Pool Credit", customers must fill out and submit the form linked below.
Please Note: Applicants must certify that the water did not enter the sanitary sewer system.
To apply for a Pool Credit bill adjustment, please complete the application in full. Incomplete applications will be automatically denied. Applications must meet the following criteria:
- Must be on a property connected to Anne Arundel County water and sewer
- Must be a pool/structure that holds more than 1,000 gallons of water
- Must submit written request and completed form within 45 days of filling a pool/structure
- Must be verified by DPW, including location and validation of permits
