If you need to make a payment; place your sealed check payment in our yellow drop-off box (we will processed your payment the next business day), pay online at aacounty.org, or pay by phone at 1-833-277-8723

For in-person service, please visit out other offices at 2664 Riva Road or Arundel Center (44 Calvert Street) locations in Annapolis between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Change the property owner information on a utility billing account. This must be filled out by the new owner of the property or the title company.
Tenant Change

Change the tenant information on a utility billing account. This must be submitted by the Property Owner.
