Emory Waters Nature Preserve and River Farm Park will be closed on the following dates due to deer management:

- Monday, November 30
- Tuesday, December 8
- Monday, December 14
- Tuesday, December 22
Park Amenities
- Open: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Closed Sundays Dec - Feb) 9:00am - 5:00pm
- To access Emory Waters Nature Preserve, park at Jug Bay Wetlands Sanctuary Proper (1361 Wrighton Road, Lothian, MD 20711) and walk the Farm Connector Trail, which links the Sanctuary to the Nature Preserve.
