The General Development Plan (GDP) or Plan2040 is the County's plan to guide land use for the next 20 years. All master plans and development regulations adopted by the County must be consistent with the goals, policies and recommendations of the GDP. This site also provides the ability to comment on the plan in general or comment regarding specific properties. This is a great opportunity to voice your priorities for future development in your community. The public comment period is open through September 10th.
