Notice to Vendors:

We have set-up a virtual bid meeting for you to call and listen while we are opening and reading the electronic bids received. This meeting will reoccur on Tuesday's at 1:30pm.

Please submit your bid electronically via the PORT system.

Effective August 1, 2022, the County will only accept formal bids and proposals through the PORT System. To register, please visit the registration page.

Additionally, prebid and pre-proposal conferences along with bid openings are being held electronically via Zoom Meetings vs. in person. Zoom meeting call-in information will be provided in the solicitation documents.

Potential Bidders: To be added to the list please register with PORT, log into your vendor portal, and open and review the bid. You may register at www.aacounty.org/PORT. By accessing a solicitation, your identity is being collected and may be made available to the Public via this Bidders List.
