Notice to Bidders:

Due to the COVID-19 Emergency Health Crisis, we have set-up a virtual bid meeting for you to call and listen while we are opening and reading the electronic bids received. This meeting will reoccur on Tuesday's at 1:30pm. until further notice.
The County will no longer be accepting paper bids mailed or dropped off at the County Purchasing Division’s office or any other location. Please submit your bid electronically via the PORT system or via an electronic PDF file of your bid or proposal to [email protected]. If you have questions or concerns with submitting an electronic bid, please send an email to [email protected] or call (410)222-7620.

Additionally, prebid and pre-proposal conferences along with bid openings are being held electronically via Zoom Meetings vs. in person. Zoom meeting call-in information will be provided in the solicitation documents.
