Dr. Benedicta Oyiana is a business executive with almost two decades of multinational experience. Her exposure spans the Fast Moving Consumer Goods,, Oil & Gas, Banking, and Management consulting industries focusing on business optimization.
Her expertise in business incubation, mergers and acquisitions, organizational development, transformation, learning & development , and change management influences business results. With a PhD in Psychology, she is a published researcher with specialization in Gender mainstreaming.
She is passionate about optimizing human potential, governance, policy, and coaching/mentoring having identified these as key determinants of social change.
As part of the commission, Benedicta plans to focus on Legislation and Policy, Capability building, and fostering Gender mainstreaming.
