Karen Francis is a mother of two adult children, two adult stepchildren, and a beautiful fat Beagle. She lives in Anne Arundel County with her loving husband Mark, and of course the Beagle. Karen was commissioned as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer and spent nearly a decade overseas. She later joined the Federal Government as a Civil Servant, presently working for the Department of Interior.
Karen is also a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Maryland and Georgia.
Throughout her professional career, she has served on various community boards overseas and domestically to support her neighbors and her community. Karen is an avid traveler, tennis player, and a fan of the Baltimore Ravens Football Team (now that she understands the game), and she and her husband moved to the Baltimore-Annapolis area – Go Ravens!
