Doris Bryan is the CEO of Bryan Management Services, Inc., a premier training company specializing in workforce development programs in project management with concentrations in construction, IT, and systems engineering. With more than 30 years of program, project, and contract management experience, Doris has designed and delivered training that has helped thousands of federal employees earn critical certifications, including the Federal Acquisition Certifications for Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM), Contracting (FAC-C), Contracting Officer’s Representatives (FAC-COR), as well as the Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential.
She has aligned training strategies for key government Acquisition Institutes—including Treasury, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Homeland Security, and FAI—and is recognized as a PMI Authorized PMP® Instructor, preparing professionals to meet the highest standards of project leadership. A former federal contracting official and proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Doris brings both technical expertise and leadership insight to her work with federal agencies, small businesses, and executive leaders.
Beyond her professional work, Doris is deeply committed to advocating for women in traditionally underrepresented fields, ensuring small business owners have a seat at the table and access to meaningful opportunities. She currently serves as a Commissioner for Women in Anne Arundel County and as a council member for the Procurement Access Vendor Equity (PAVE) Initiative. Doris is also a dedicated career development coach, helping professionals at every stage of their careers through coaching, mentoring, and education. A longtime Anne Arundel County resident, she is the proud mother of one son.
