Councilwoman Pickard would like to inform you of the just released BWI to Odenton Trail Feasibility Study. This study is Step 1 (Planning) of a three Step process including Planning, Design and Construction. The purpose or goal is to "provide an off-road, shared use path for pedestrians and bicyclists to link the WB&A Trail in Odenton to the BWI Trail and destinations in between."
