AN ORDINANCE concerning: Branches of County Government – Executive Branch – Reorganization – Office of Transportation – Public Ethics – Transportation Officer

FOR the purpose of creating an Office of Transportation; designating the Transportation Officer as the office head, appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the County Executive; providing for the duties of the Office of Transportation; providing for the qualifications of the Transportation Officer; requiring the Transportation Officer to file financial disclosure statements as required under the Ethics Article; providing for the applicability of this Ordinance; and generally relating to the executive branch of County government and public ethics.
