Theresa Sise brings decades of experience in administration and community engagement to her role as Administrative Assistant at the Nonprofit Center of Anne Arundel County. Her career has been shaped by creativity, service, and commitment to helping organizations strengthen their operations and advance their missions.
Theresa is pursuing an MBA from the F.W. Olin School of Business and holds a bachelor’s degree in Media and Communications from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Her diverse professional background spans jazz, theater, festival production, arts alliances, publishing, small business support, and nonprofit start-ups. Across each experience, one common thread has remained: people need shared experiences to connect with their communities, and the arts create exciting opportunities for adventure, connection, belonging, and relationship building.
At the Nonprofit Center, Theresa looks forward to using her administrative expertise and passion for community engagement to help strengthen and support the important work being done across the County.
