Understanding the MPDU Program

Hosted in partnership with ACDS and the Office of Equity & Human Rights, join to learn about Anne Arundel County’s Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) Program and how it can help eligible residents pursue homeownership and rental housing at a more affordable price.

Representatives from ACDS will provide an overview of the program, explain eligibility and mortgage requirements, and share how interested residents can join the waiting list and register for required homeownership education courses.
