Park Expansion/Retreat Property Improvements. Design and construction of infrastructure and park amenities in the 19-acre former Retreat property, in coordination with the development of the Earl Conservation Center by the Chesapeake Conservancy. New park facilities will include new access roads, added parking, a new Comfort Station, new Pavilion, new Outdoor Education Classroom, new Maintenance Facility, added natural surface and paved trails, new interpretive elements and landscape improvements.
