Project Description
This project will design and construct a new clubhouse building to serve the The Preserve @ Eisenhower Golf Course. The new facility is planned to include a retail pro shop, community and events hall, commercial kitchen, grille and foodservice areas, golf cart storage, course operations and administrative spaces, and restrooms. The project includes utilities, expanded parking, and landscaping.
