Maryland's Community Personal Assistance Services Program provides community services and supports that enable eligible older adults and people with disabilities to live in their own homes in the community.


Certain eligibility guidelines must be met.  They include medical (must meet a medical level of care), technical and financial criteria.

Who Should Apply

Maryland Medicaid recipients who need support with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming and dressing.
