Maryland's Community First Choice Option provides community services and supports that enable older adults and people with disabilities to live in their own homes in the community.


Certain eligibility guidelines must be met.  They include medical (must require an institutional level of care), technical and financial criteria.

Who should apply

Maryland Medicaid recipients who need support with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming and dressing, and accessing the community.
