The county's charitable giving efforts are currently focused on COVID-19. The Community Crisis Fund provides support to critical nonprofits delivering frontline services to county residents in times of emergency. You can also directly support essential Anne Arundel County departments, programs or projects that provide critical resources to local residents through the Anne Arundel County Fund.
The Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County (CFAAC) established the Community Crisis Response Fund that provides flexible financial assistance for needs immediately following a violent incident, natural disaster or other crisis in our community. Currently, CFAAC is funding programs which address the needs of Anne Arundel County arising from the Covid-19 pandemic. Anne Arundel County has entered into the strategic partnership with the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County to streamline charitable giving to support County departments, programs and projects. The Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County is a 501(c)3 organization. Donors can make a direct contribution to the Anne Arundel County Fund to benefit departments & programs.
Donate to the CFAAC's Anne Arundel County Fund and you will receive a tax deduction for the charitable gift. The online portal to donate can be found at the Community Foundation website. Below are a list of direct links to specific County department/program funds.
