SPECIAL EVENT – 50-Yard Olympic Pool Swim

Experience a historic first at our facility! For one day only, we are transforming the Arundel Olympic Swim Center into a full 50-yard "Olympic Format" course. Whether you are training for a triathlon, a competitive season, or simply want to feel the power of a true long-course stretch, this is an event you won't want to miss.

Pool Specs:

Format: 50-Yard Olympic Configuration (Only 8 lanes available)

Depth: Transitions from 3 ft to 13 ft

Session Times
To ensure everyone has ample space and a high-quality workout, we are offering two distinct 90-minute blocks. Registration is mandatory and spots are strictly limited.

Session 1: 6:00 AM – 7:30 AM (Program #45434)

Session 2: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM (Program #45435)

Pool Deck Rules & Safety
To maintain a professional, fluid, and safe environment, the following protocols will be strictly enforced in addition to our standard pool rules:

Circle Swimming: All lanes will operate on a circle-swimming basis.

Lane Density: There will be a minimum of 5 people per lane.

Lane Grading: Please look for signage at the end of each lane indicating the designated speed (Slow, Medium, or Fast).

Equipment & Entry: Fins and paddles are not permitted. Entry must happen at the shallow end of the pool.

No Diving: Diving and the use of starting blocks are strictly prohibited.
