Bank Robbery  - Linthicum

On September 8, 2017 at approximately 4:00 p.m. officers responded to the Sandy Spring Bank located at 504 Camp Meade Road in Linthicum for a bank robbery.  Upon arrival officers met with the branch manager who reported that the suspect entered the bank, implied he had a weapon, and demanded from a bank employee.  The employee complied and the suspect fled the area. Several officers including canine responded and canvassed the area but could not locate the suspect.


1)      Black male, 5-10 to 6-00 with a slim build, wearing dark clothing

Commercial Robbery (UPDATE)  - Brooklyn Park

On August 19, 2017 at approximately 11:20 p.m., officers responded to the Pizza Hut located at 5000 Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn Park for an armed robbery.  An employee stated that the suspect wearing a black hooded sweatshirt over his face entered the business and displayed a gun. The suspect then jumped the counter and removed money from the register before fleeing the business on foot. Numerous officers including a canine unit responded and canvassed the area but the suspect was not located.

Suspect: Black male, thin build, wearing dark clothing


Commercial Robbery - Brooklyn Park          

On September 2, 2017 at approximately 8:20 p.m., officers responded to Linda’s Subs located at 5014 Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn Park for a robbery. Employees stated the suspect entered the store, displayed a handgun, and demanded money. The employees complied and the suspects fled from the store. Numerous officers including a police helicopter and canine searched the area but the suspect could not be located.

On September 8, 2017, detectives were in the 5000 block of Ritchie Highway conducting a follow up investigation in reference to the above robberies and two attempted robberies of the Pizza Hut (8/23/17 and 8/24/17). At approximately 8:30 p.m., detectives observed a male subject matching the description of the robbery suspect. Detectives observed the subject approach Southside Tattoo parlor, cover his face, and remove a handgun from his waistband.  When detectives confronted and identified themselves, the suspect fled on foot, entered a nearby vehicle, and fled from detectives.

Detectives began pursuing the suspect but quickly terminated the pursuit after the suspect accelerated to a very high rate of speed and began to drive recklessly. Detectives then responded to the listed address of the vehicle’s registration (617 Hillview Road, Baltimore) and observed the vehicle at the residence. A search warrant was then written and executed at the residence. As a result, the suspect was located and evidence was recovered linking him to the above robberies and attempted robberies.

The suspect was arrested and charged with the following:
