Attempted Theft - Crofton

On November 29, 2017 at approximately 4:05 p.m., officers responded to the area of Pearl Avenue and Price Road in Crofton for an attempted theft of a motor scooter.  Officers spoke with the adult male victim who reported while riding his motor scooter in the area he was approached by the five suspects.  The victim stated the subjects attempted to knock him off the scooter in an attempt to steal the scooter.  The victim was able to flee from the suspects with his motor scooter.  The suspects fled the scene on foot.  Numerous officers, including canine canvassed the area but were unable to locate the suspects. The victim was not injured during the incident.

Suspects: Five white males, late teens, wearing dark clothes
