Attempted Commercial Robbery (Update/Arrest- Glen Burnie
On November 18, 2017 at approximately 5:26 p.m., officers responded to the Burger King located at 7314 Ritchie Hwy in Glen Burnie for a robbery. Officers met with employees that stated the suspect approached the drive through window, displayed a handgun, and attempted to rob the business. The suspect then fled the area on foot in an unknown direction. Officers searched the area however were unable to locate the suspect. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
Suspect:
Black male, late 30’s – early 40’s, approximately 5’11, 275-290 lbs., light colored jacket
UPDATE (11/27/17)
During the investigation, and working with surrounding jurisdictions, detectives were able to positively identify the suspect involved in this attempted robbery. On November 23, 2017, the suspect was located and taken into custody in Baltimore County. The suspect was charged with this robbery, along with multiple robberies in Baltimore County and Baltimore City.

Western District
Armed Robbery - Severn
On November 25, 2017 at approximately 9:45 p.m., officers responded to the 7800 block of Coldbrooke Drive in Severn for a robbery of a citizen. Officers spoke with two adult female victims that stated while exiting their vehicle, they were approached by three suspects. One of the suspects displayed handgun and demanded their money/property. The victims complied and the suspects fled the scene on foot. Several officers, including canine, and helicopter responded to canvass the area but were unable to locate the suspects. The victims were not injured during the incident.

Strong-Armed Robbery - Severn
On November 25, 2017 at approximately 6:50 p.m., officers responded to the Sam’s Club located in the 400 block of George Clauss Boulevard, for a subject armed with a knife. The adult male victim stated that while in the parking lot, the suspect approached him, displayed a knife, and demanded money. The victim complied and the suspect fled on foot. Several officers canvassed the area, and were able to locate and arrest the suspect in a nearby wooded area. The victim was not injured during this incident.

Attempted Robbery / Stabbing - Severn
On November 25, 2017 at approximately 12:14 a.m., officers responded to BWMC for a report of a stabbing. The adult male victim stated that he was walking in the area of Pioneer Drive and Arwell Court in Severn when three unknown males attempted to rob him. When he refused to give the suspects money/property, a struggle ensued and the victim was stabbed in the arm. The victim then drove himself to the hospital for treatment. Officers responded to the area of Pioneer Drive near Arwell Court but were unable to locate a crime scene. The victim had non-life threatening injuries and was treated and released.

Northern District
Attempted Robbery (Citizen) - Baltimore
On November 26, 2017 at approximately 12:30 a.m., officers responded to the Comfort Inn located at 6921 B&A Boulevard in Baltimore for an attempted robbery of a citizen. The adult female victim stated while walking to her vehicle, the suspected approached her, displayed a handgun, and demanded money. The victim told the suspect that she did not have money and the suspect fled on foot. Several officers responded to canvass the area but were unable to locate the suspect. The victim was not injured during this incident.
Suspect: Black male wearing black hooded sweatshirt, white t-shirt - black pants
Citizen Robbery - Glen Burnie
On November 25, 2017 at approximately 7:05 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of Whitman Drive for a robbery. The adult male victim stated that the two suspects approached him from behind, displayed a knife and began assaulting him. During the assault, the victim stated that the suspects removed his wallet and cell phone from his pockets. The suspects then fled the scene on foot. Several officers responded to canvass the area but were unable to locate the suspects. The victim was treated and released for non-life threatening injuries from the assault.
Suspects: Two black male late teens to early 20’s, wearing dark clothing
Eastern District
Citizen Robbery - Glen Burnie
On November 25, 2017 at approximately 11:33 a.m., officers responded to Cornwall Road and Norwood Road Glen Burnie for a robbery. Officers spoke with the juvenile male victim that stated the suspect approached him in a playground area, threatened to assault him, and demanded money/property. The victim complied and gave the suspect his I-phone and the suspect fled the area on foot. Several officers canvassed the area and were able to locate and arrest the suspect in a nearby wooded area. Further investigation revealed the suspect had an outstanding arrest warrant in addition to the victim’s cellphone and 13.5 grams of marijuana in his possession. The victim was not injured during this incident.
