Western District
Commercial Robbery - Odenton
On March 7, 2018 at approximately 1:28 a.m., officers responded to a robbery at the 7-11 Store located at 1350 Odenton Road in Odenton. The clerk stated that the suspect entered the business, armed with a knife, and demanded currency. The clerk complied and the suspect then fled the scene. Several units responded to the area but were unable to locate the suspect.
Suspect: White male, late 30’s – early 40’s, wearing dark clothing and a mask
Northern District
Tampering with auto - Brooklyn Park
On March 5, 2018 at approximately 9:14 p.m., officers responded to a tampering with auto in the 400 block of Townsend Avenue in Brooklyn Park. The adult female victim stated that she observed the suspect attempting to gain access to three vehicles parked in her driveway. Due to the vehicles being locked, the suspect was unable to gain access and fled the scene. Several units responded to the area and located the suspect a short distance away. The suspect was positively identified by the victim and was charged on a juvenile citation with trespassing and rogue and vagabond. The suspect was released to the custody of his parents.
Suspect/arrested: 14 year-old from Audrey Avenue in Brooklyn Park
