Eastern District

Commercial Robbery                                                                                                Glen Burnie

On June 21, 2017, at approximately 3:15 p.m., officers responded for a robbery at Sally’s Beauty Supplies, located at 7972 Crain Highway in Glen Burnie. Employees told officers that a male subject entered the store and implied he had a weapon in his pocket. He then demanded money from the cash register.  A store employee complied and handed him cash from the register.  The suspect then ran from the store.  An extensive search of the area was conducted by police, including a police K-9 with negative results.

Suspect:

Male, black, 6’2, 175 lbs., unknown age, wearing dark clothing, gloves and mask

Commercial Robbery                                                                                    Annapolis

On June 21, 2017 at approximately 10:40 p.m., officers responded to the BP gas station located at 140 Old Solomons Island Road in Annapolis for a robbery of the business.  The clerk stated that he was approached by a male subject who pointed a handgun at him.  The clerk ran out of the back door of the business.  When he returned he discovered that the suspect took an undetermined amount of currency from the register.

Male, unknown race, unknown age, wearing a mask
