Western District
Commercial Robbery - Severn
On January 19, 2018 at approximately 11:08 p.m. hours officers responded to a robbery at the Shell Gas station located at 2753 Rt. 175 in Severn. The store clerk reported the suspect entered the store, displayed a handgun, and demanded money and cigarettes. The clerk complied and the suspect fled the store. Several units including police canine canvassed the area nut were unable to locate the suspect. There were no injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
Suspect:
Black male, 5’11”, 180-200 lbs, dark jacket with a gray hooded jacket underneath, black semi-automatic handgun.
Commercial Robbery - Crofton
On January 20, 2018 at approximately 12:35 p.m., units responded to a commercial robbery at the CVS Pharmacy located at 2003 Davidsonville Road in Crofton. A store employee stated the two suspects entered the store and one displayed a handgun and demanded prescription medication. The store employee complied and the suspects fled in a silver passenger vehicle. Officers searched the area with the assistance of the police K9 unit but were unable to locate the suspects.

Northern District
Burglary - Glen Burnie
On January 21, 2018 at approximately 5:50 a.m., officers responded to a burglary at Glen Burnie Motorsports located at 20 Holsum Way in Glen Burnie. When officers arrived, they observed the suspect vehicle fleeing the parking lot. Officers pursued the vehicle onto I-695 to the Dundalk area of Baltimore County. The suspects “bailed out” of the vehicle near the intersection of Broening Highway and Duran Road and were apprehended after a brief foot pursuit. A stolen mini motorized Yamaha 50cc dirt bike was recovered from the suspect vehicle.
