Eastern District 

Commercial Robbery - Arnold

On January 3, 2018 at approximately 2:20 p.m., officers responded for a robbery at the CVS Pharmacy located at 1500 Ritchie Highway in Arnold. A store employee stated the suspect entered the business, implied he had a weapon, and demanded several different narcotics be placed into a trash bag. The employee complied and the suspect fled from the store. Several officers, to include police canine responded to canvass the area but the suspect was not located. There were no injuries.

Suspect: Black male, tall 6’02” to 6’05, slim build, wearing dark clothing.  

Western District

Domestic Assault - Maryland City

On January 3, 2018 at approximately 11:00 p.m., officers responded to an domestic assault at the Motel 6 located at 3510 Old Annapolis Road in Laurel/Maryland City. Investigation showed that during a domestic dispute, the suspect cut the female victim with a kitchen knife.  The victim sustained a minor injury to her arm.  She was treated on scene and refused any further treatment.  The suspect was arrest and charged with 1 degree assault, second degree assault, and reckless endangerment.
