Commercial Robbery Arrest Brooklyn Park
On February 19, 2017 at 9:33 p.m., officers responded to the Daddy Pa’s Store located at 4114 Belle Grove Rd, Brooklyn Park for a robbery. The clerk advised that a male subject entered the store, brandished a handgun and demanded money. The clerk complied and the suspect fled on foot toward Old Riverside Road. Several units responded to canvass the area but were unable to locate the suspect. The suspect was described as a black male with short dreadlocks, wearing dark clothing.
Update (April 13, 2017)
Detectives reviewed surveillance video and spoke with the victim and witnesses. During this investigation, a possible suspect was identified and charged. The suspect is currently incarcerated in Baltimore City Detention Center.
