First Degree Assault - Glen Burnie

On October 4, 2022, at approximately 4:00 p.m. officers responded for a report of a stabbing in the 200 block of Hollins Ferry Road in Ferndale. Investigation revealed that the suspect stabbed an adult male in the leg with a knife following an argument over money. The suspect attempted to flee the area in a vehicle as officers were arriving and was taken into custody without incident. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.
