Commercial Burglary: Arrest - Glen Burnie
On October 5, 2018 at approximately 1:20 a.m. officers responded for a commercial burglary at the Snyder’s Willow Grove Restaurant located at 7089A Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard in Glen Burnie. A citizen advised that a suspect entered the closed business, and after being inside for a few minutes, fled in a dark colored vehicle. Officers responded to the area and located the suspect a short distance away driving a black 2012 Nissan Altima. The suspect was apprehended without incident. Stolen property was recovered. Northern District Detectives responded to assist. This arrest has led to the closure of multiple burglary cases that have occurred in the surrounding area over the last few weeks.

Attempted Theft of ATM - Crofton
On October 5, 2018 at approximately 2:40 a.m., officers responded to a holdup alarm at the 7-Eleven located at 2129 Defense Highway in Crofton. Witnesses reported that a gold Ford F350 pickup truck backed into/rammed the front of the store. Three suspects exited the vehicle and attempted to steal an ATM located inside the store. A fourth suspect was also on scene but did not enter the store. The suspects fled east on Defense Highway towards RT 424. Multiple units and K9 responded to the call and canvassed the area with negative results.
