Attempt Auto Theft/Recovered Stolen Vehicle - Brooklyn

On October 19, 2022, at approximately 2:30 a.m., officers responded for a report of suspects tampering with an automobile in the 200 block of Zeppelin Avenue in Brooklyn. When the first officer arrived, one suspect immediately fled on foot and was quickly apprehended. The remaining suspects ran to a vehicle and made an attempt to flee. As officers converged on the vehicle, the driver intentionally drove through a yard to get away.
