Western District
Homicide Glen Burnie
On July 7, 2018, at approximately 4:25 p.m., officers responded for an assault at 8230 Daniels Purchase Way in Millersville. The caller, who was at another location stated they had just received a phone call from Torian Mack who lives at the address with his mother Rhonda Mack-Dickerson. The caller advised Torian stated he had assaulted his mother and she was unconscious.
When officers arrived at the address they located what appeared to be blood in the area of the rear sliding glass door. At that time, they made entry into the house and located 53 year-old Rhonda Mack-Dickerson lying on the floor deceased from an apparent violent assault. Also located inside the residence was 23 year old Torian Mack. Anne Arundel County Homicide detectives responded and began an investigation. During their investigation they learned that during a verbal altercation, Torain Mack began violently assaulting Rhonda Mack-Dickerson.
Ms. Mack-Dickerson’s remains were transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) where an autopsy was completed. As a result, the Medical Examiner ruled Ms. Mack-Dickerson’s death as a multiple injuries to the head and neck with the manner being homicide.

Weapons Violation Brooklyn Park
On July 7, 2018 at approximately 5:46 p.m., officers responded for a subject armed with a handgun in the 5000 block of Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn Park. When officers arrived the suspect fled on foot. After a short foot pursuit, the subject was placed into custody. During a search of the suspect officers located a .40 cal H&K handgun in the suspect’s backpack. Investigation found that the suspect was prohibited from possessing a handgun. The suspect arrested and was charged accordingly.

CDS Violation Pasadena
On July 7, 2018 at approximately 1:30 p.m., officers responded for a drug complaint in the parking lot of the Royal Farms located at 8551 Ft. Smallwood Road in Pasadena. When officers arrived they located the suspect vehicle as it was leaving the parking lot. The occupants gave officers consent to search the vehicle and officers located 6.61 grams (20 capsules) of heroin and 41.25 grams of marijuana. The suspects were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of paraphernalia.

CDS Violation Glen Burnie
On July 6, 2018 a uniformed officer was operating stationary radar in the area of Elvaton Road and Wende Way in Glen Burnie. At approximately 9:53 a.m. the officer observed a vehicle speeding and conducted a traffic stop. During the traffic stop, the officer observed what he believed to be drug packaging inside the vehicle. During a search, the officer located 11 clear baggies of suspected heroin. The driver was arrested and charged with traffic citations and various charges for possessing a controlled dangerous substance.
