Department of Aging and Disabilities Transportation Program Relocates to Glen Burnie New Phone and Fax Numbers Effective Monday, March 16th

 
Annapolis, MD (March 13, 2015) - In an effort to enhance customer service, the Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities Transportation Program will relocate operations to 7409 Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard, Glen Burnie.  The move is effective Monday, March 16.  The public is encouraged to take note of the new phone number 410-222-0022 and the new fax number 410-222-0016—both effective on Monday.
 
The Transportation Program, managed by the Department of Aging and Disabilities and operated by First Transit, is a fully accessible, curb-to-curb donation-supported para- transit service.  Adults 55 and over and adults 18 and over with a disability may schedule trips to medical appointments and to Anne Arundel County’s seven senior activity centers.  Services are available Monday through Friday and must be scheduled in advance by calling the Transportation Program.  Vans are accessible to individuals with disabilities.  Donations are encouraged and should be sent to the Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities Transportation Program at 2666 Riva Road, Suite 400, Annapolis, MD 21401.
