County Executive Pittman Offers Condolences to Family of Former Councilman Richard B. “Dick” Ladd

Annapolis, MD (July 19, 2021) - Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman issued the following statement regarding the death of former Anne Arundel County Councilman Richard B. “Dick” Ladd:

“I want to offer my condolences to the family of Councilman Ladd. Councilman Ladd led a life of service - in the U.S. Army as a decorated helicopter pilot, as a staff member in the U.S. Senate and Deputy Under Secretary of the Army, and of course, as a member of our County Council. I wish his family my sympathies upon their loss, and thank them on behalf of the County for Councilman Ladd’s contributions to our community.”
