CDS Arrest Pasadena

On December 18, 2015, detectives from Northern District Tactical Patrol Unit were in the Freetown Village community attempting to locate Myung Presbury, who had an open arrest warrant for an assault.  At approximately 12:03 pm, detectives located Presbury standing in the 7800 block of Levy Court.  When detectives approached Presbury to place him under arrest, he continually tried to reach into the front of his pants, but was restrained by the detectives.  A search of Presbury revealed that he had a plastic bag concealed in the front of his pants.  The bag was found to contain 35 baggies of crack cocaine, 15 baggies of heroin and 1 bag of marijuana.  The cocaine had an approximate weight of 9.26 grams, the heroin had an approximate weight of 2.13 grams, and the marihuana an approximate weight of 2.13 grams.  Presbury was also in possession of $650.00 in U.S. Currency. He was charged with possession and possession with intent to distribute cocaine and heroin.

Suspect:  Myung Edward Presbury, 23 yoa, of West Cold Spring Lane Baltimore, Maryland
