Caregiver Workshops Presented by Department of Aging and Disabilities

Annapolis, MD (February 3, 2015) – The Department of Aging and Disabilities is pleased to present an educational workshop for family caregivers.  On February 19th, Physical Therapist Ben Ogundip will present “The Mechanics of Caregiving.”  Mr. Ogundip will demonstrate injury prevention strategies related to caregiving duties.  The workshop will be held at the Pascal Senior Center from 6:30-8:30 pm.  The workshop is presented at no cost to the public by the National Family Caregiver Support Program of the Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities.

 

The Pascal Senior Center is located at 125 Dorsey Road, Glen Burnie.

           

This workshop is sponsored by: Accredited Home Health Care, Anne Arundel Medical Center, Future Care Chesapeake, Foundations, Somerford Place Annapolis, and Home Instead Senior Care.
