Annapolis, Maryland (May 11, 2015) — The Anne Arundel County Department of Inspections and Permits is pleased to announce a new feature to improve customer service and reduce wait times in the Permit Center.

Users can log on to http://www.aacounty.org/IP/PAC/index.cfm and see how many people are waiting to apply for residential, commercial and trade permits or license applications. It is also accessible by mobile phones by going to the department’s home page: http://www.aacounty.org/IP/index.cfm and click on the link that reads: “Planning a visit to the Permit Center?
