    • Mini Massage Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm Locations: Arnold Senior Activity Center 44 Church Road Arnold, MD 21012 Details: Certified Massage Therapist Bonnie Pavlek offers a tenminute back, neck and hand massage. Massages are free and are first come, first served.
       
       
    • Wal-Mart Shopping Trip Time: 10:00am - 1:00pm Locations: Pasadena Senior Activity Center 4103 Mountain Road Pasadena, MD 21122 Details: Groceries, beauty products, household items and spark plugs? You bet, Walmart has it all. Get all your supplies and then some at Walmart. Space is limited so please register at the front desk
       
       
    • Sewing Workshop Time: 11:00am - 2:00pm Locations: Arnold Senior Activity Center 44 Church Road Arnold, MD 21012 Details: n this two-week workshop, instructor, Pauline Senk, will show you how to make a simple apron with pockets. This is a great project for beginner to advanced sewers. Anyone can be successful and you can get super creative with your choice of colors and pattern with the fabrics. You will need: “It’s So Easy” McCall's Pattern 2319 and (2) yards of cotton fabric. If you are bringing your own supplies, there is no charge. To use the supplies provided by the instructor, the cost is $5.00 per person. Please sign up by 10/17/19.

    • Ethics Commission Contingent Meeting (only if called) Time: 4:00pm - 5:00pm Locations: 2666 Riva Road Annapolis, MD 21401 Details:

      The Ethics Commission is regularly scheduled to meet on the second Monday of each month, beginning at 4:00 p.m., in the commission’s office, unless rescheduled by the commission.  The commission will also have a contingent meeting scheduled for the third Monday of each month. The open portion of the meeting is usually quite brief, about 5-15 minutes.  Visitors are welcome to attend the open portion of the meeting.  If a person would like to bring a matter to the commission's attention or otherwise be heard during either the open or closed portion of the meeting, that person must notify the commission at least 24 hours prior to the meeting, providing that person's name and contact information. The commission has the discretion to permit a person to address the commission during a meeting, and may limit the time for the remarks of any speaker. The commission will not respond to questions or comments during a meeting, but upon request, will respond in writing to any speaker within a reasonable time after the meeting.
