    • Free Legal Advice: Ask a Lawyer in the Library Time: 4:30p - 6:30p Location: Eastport Annapolis Neck Community Library 269 Hillsmere Drive, Annapolis, MD 21403 Details:

      Talk with a lawyer for up to 20 minutes about your legal issue for free. Lottery to determine time slots begins after 4:15 pm. Last clients will be seen at 6:10 pm. Lawyers can advise on all types of legal matters except criminal law.

    • Neurodiversity Social Hour Time: 5:30p - 6:00p Location: Edgewater Community Library 25 Stepneys Lane Edgewater 21037 Details:

      Make some new friends and spend time with some old ones while playing games, doing crafts and so much more. This program is specifically designed for middle school aged kids with autism spectrum disorders, sensory integration issues, or other developmental disabilities, but all middle school aged kids are welcome.     • Public Meeting – MD 214 Corridor Study Time: 6:30p - 8:30p Location: South River High School 201 Central Avenue Edgewater Details:

      A public meeting has been scheduled for July 17, 2018 from 6:30pm-8:30pm to discuss the comments received regarding the planning-level study on potential improvements to MD 214 (Central Avenue) between MD 468 (Muddy Creek Road) and its eastern terminus, near Oakford Avenue.
       

      DPW officials will present the results of the study during the meeting. Presenters at the meeting will also answer questions from those attending.

    • Eisenhower Golf Course Improvement Public Meeting Time: 7:00p - 9:00p Location: Rolling Knolls Elementary School Details:

      A public meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 17, 2018 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm to discuss the upcoming improvements at the Eisenhower Golf Course.  These improvements include relocating, improving, razing, and constructing certain portions of the golf course. In addition, DPW will restore the eroding stream channel to a fully integrated floodplain wetland system incorporated into the golf course landscape which will improve water quality to receiving waters, enhance the course’s aesthetics, and provide a habitat for wildlife.

       

      DPW officials will present plans for construction during the meeting.  Presenters will also answer questions from those attending.
