- State your desires concerning the administration or withholding of life sustaining procedures if you are unable to give instructions regarding your care due to an end of life condition.
- Customize with your personal instructions and statements
- Choose pain relief to relieve pain and suffering
- State your wishes concerning organ donation or donation of your body
- State your desires and preferences regarding funeral and burial, cremation or other.
Registration is required. Appointments last approximately 1/2hour. You will have a copy printed to take home with you.

Sawmill Workshop Time: 9:00a - 12:00p Location: Kinder Farm Park Details:
Weather permitting, Kinder Farm Park's very own Sawmill Club will be running logs through the mill. Wood milled from the sawmill can be seen around Kinder Farm park, including inside the Tobacco Barn Museum and Visitor Center.
Antique Equipment and Sawmill Club’s mission is the restoration and display of the park’s antique farm equipment, tractors and sawmill. Our goal is to offer presentations and displays of antique farm tools and equipment so that those participating can experience farm life in historical Anne Arundel County. The lumber from the sawmill is used in many of the small barns and other structures in the park.

Annapolis, MD (April 18, 2019) - The Department of Aging and Disabilities is pleased to announce six (6) upcoming “Coffee and Conversation” events for the public to provide input on the future of services for older adults, individuals with disabilities and caregivers.
Every four years, The Department is required to submit an Area Plan on Aging to the Maryland Department of Aging and Disabilities, and the public input provided at these events will help inform the 2020-2023 Area Plan for Anne Arundel County.
