    • Ask the Undertaker Time: 10:00am - 11:00am Locations: Arnold Senior Activity Center 44 Church Road Arnold, MD 21012 Details: More people recognize the emotional and financial advantages of planning their funeral and cremation services in advance. But, how do I know if my plans are safe and secure for the future? During this presentation series, we’ll uncover some of the common myths regarding pre planning and answer questions such as: What are the benefits of planning in advance?; Why are so many people today choosing to plan in advance?; How safe are my preplanned/pre paid arrangements?; Are my plans transferable to any funeral home?; Can the pre paid plans be protected from Medicaid/SSI?; How can I eliminate added emotional stress upon my passing? Ryan Helfenbein will host this upcoming educational presentation and touch on the commonly asked questions regarding the topic of planning a funeral or cremation service in advance. Come and help clear up some of the common myths regarding planning in advance and how you can ensure nothing will be left to chance.

      The quarterly subsidizing healthy food options plus nutrition education and training program provides seniors an opportunity to purchase subsidized grocery cash cards and learn about various nutrition education topics. Registration period was January 31st-February 1st. Questions, call 410 222-0282. Eligibility requirements are: 60 yrs. or older; AA County resident. One per household;  Mandatory quarterly nutrition education. Pay by cash, check, money order.

    • St. Patricks Day Party Time: 12:30pm - 2:30pm Locations: Pascal Senior Activity Center 125 Dorsey Road Glen Burnie, MD 21061 Details: Join us on Friday March 15th at 12:30 for a St. Patty’s Day Party! Entertainer John Schneider will be playing Irish Music for us to dance a little jig to! We’ll serve festive Green Treats and enjoy the day! Please wear your finest shades of green and we can all be IRISH for a day!
