    • ACD Services Available to Seniors Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm Locations: Arnold Senior Activity Center 44 Church Road Arnold, MD 21012 Details: Arundel Community Development Services, Inc. (ACDS), is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to providing affordable housing and community development services in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Two of their programs are of special interest to our seniors. The Property Rehabilitation Program provides deferred payment/and or low interest loans to Anne Arundel County residents whose income is no greater than 80% of the area median income to make substantial repairs to their homes. Rehabilitation work can include new roofs, installing or replacing heating and violation systems, electrical and plumbing systems, and corrections to heat, safety and other code violations. The Accessibility Modification Program provides deferred payment/and or low interest loans to Anne Arundel County residents who need to make accessibility modification to their home to accommodate a disabled family member Come and learn how these programs can work for you.

Villa Ave., Annapolis Details: Dawn Steis with Anne Arundel County Information & Assistance will be giving a presentation on what county resources are available to senior citizens of Anne Arundel County. Sign up begins 3/1/19. 
       
       
    • St. Patrick's Day Party Time: 12:30pm - 2:00pm Locations: Annapolis Senior Activity Center 119 S. Villa Ave., Annapolis Details: Celebrate St. Paddy’s Day with us and wear your green! Entertainment will be provided by The Winstons. Light refreshments will be served. 
       
       
    • St. Patricks Day Celebration Featuring Footworks Percussive Dance Ensemble Time: 1:00pm - 2:00pm Locations: South County Senior Activity Center 27 Stepneys Lane Edgewater, MD 21037 Details: Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Performing live Irish music and dance with their descendant American styles, Footworks illuminates the American story of traditions coming from the Old World and meeting others here, resulting in new traditions. Learn the powerful role the Irish played in the shaping of Maryland, the United States, and American culture through this special performance of “IRISH ROOTS AND AMERICAN BRANCHES.”
       
       
    • Planning Advisory Board Meeting Time: 6:00pm - 8:30pm Locations: Chesapeake Room, Second Floor, Heritage Office Complex, 2664 Riva Road, Annapolis, MD. Details: The Planning Advisory Board (PAB) makes advisory recommendations to the Planning and Zoning Officer and the County Council relating to the Master Plan, the zoning maps, and rules and regulations relating to zoning.

    • Transportation Commission Meeting Time: 6:30pm - 8:00pm Locations: 2664 Riva Road, Heritage Complex, Annapolis, MD 21401 - Independence Room at 2664 Riva Road Details:
      The meetings are held in the Independence Room at: 2664 Riva Road, on the first floor, Annapolis, MD 21401.
       
      For those of you who have not been to them, there is an outside entrance and it will have blue awnings over the door and ramp/walkway, this is the Independence Room.
       
      These meetings will start at 6:30 PM until usually about 8:00 PM, unless there are a lot of Agenda items or a lot of discussions, then it may go past 8:00 PM.
       
       
       
    • Police Community Relations Council Meeting Time: 7:00pm - 8:30pm Locations: Police Western District Details:

      The Police Community Relations Council meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m.  The Anne Arundel County Police-Community Relations Council (PCRC) is a voluntary, independent, self-constituted advisory body.
