    • Book Sale Time: 8:30am - 1:00pm Locations: South County Senior Activity Center 27 Stepneys Lane Edgewater, MD 21037 Details: It’s time to refresh your library shelves! Check out the bargain prices on lots of your favorite authors. Many books to choose from, including cook books, biographies, history, fiction and non-fiction. Don’t miss it!
       
       
    • Sawmill Workshop Time: 9:00am - 12:00pm Locations: Kinder Farm Park Details:

      Weather permitting, Kinder Farm Park's very own Sawmill Club will be running logs through the mill. Wood milled from the sawmill can be seen around Kinder Farm park, including inside the Tobacco Barn Museum and Visitor Center.

      Antique Equipment and Sawmill Club’s mission is the restoration and display of the park’s antique farm equipment, tractors and sawmill. Our goal is to offer presentations and displays of antique farm tools and equipment so that those participating can experience farm life in historical Anne Arundel County. The lumber from the sawmill is used in many of the small barns and other structures in the park.

    • Shop 'N Eat - Pasadena Location Time: 9:00am - 11:00am Locations: Pasadena Senior Activity Center 4103 Mountain Road Pasadena, MD 21122 Details: For those individuals whom have registered with the Shop ‘N Eat program, today will be the day to get educated and get your shop ‘n eat cards. Please be on time for this event.
       
       
    • Bill Sharkey Solo Performance Time: 11:00am - 12:00pm Locations: Arnold Senior Activity Center 44 Church Road Arnold, MD 21012 Details: Our very own multi-talented senior, Bill Sharkey, who has just published his first children’s book, and taught music at 11 elementary and high schools in Anne Arundel for 34 years, has offered to perform for us! He will be on the keyboards playing many of your favorite songs, and there will even be a “Name That Tune” session! Everyone is welcome to enjoy this event and light refreshments will be served.
       
       
    • Protect Yourself from Scammers Time: 11:30am - 12:30pm Locations: Annapolis Senior Activity Center 119 S. Villa Ave., Annapolis Details: Bob Keeley from Edward Jones Crownsville would be happy to share some concrete ideas about how to Protect Yourselves from the SCAMMERS and how to avoid FRAUD and identify RED Flags!!

    • Planning Advisory Board Meeting Time: 6:00pm - 8:30pm Locations: Chesapeake Room, Second Floor, Heritage Office Complex, 2664 Riva Road, Annapolis, MD. Details: The Planning Advisory Board (PAB) makes advisory recommendations to the Planning and Zoning Officer and the County Council relating to the Master Plan, the zoning maps, and rules and regulations relating to zoning.

    • Transportation Commission Meeting Time: 6:30pm - 8:00pm Locations: 2664 Riva Road, Heritage Complex, Annapolis, MD 21401 - Independence Room at 2664 Riva Road Details:
      The meetings are held in the Independence Room at: 2664 Riva Road, on the first floor, Annapolis, MD 21401.
       
      For those of you who have not been to them, there is an outside entrance and it will have blue awnings over the door and ramp/walkway, this is the Independence Room.
       
      These meetings will start at 6:30 PM until usually about 8:00 PM, unless there are a lot of Agenda items or a lot of discussions, then it may go past 8:00 PM.
       
       
       
    • Police Community Relations Council Meeting Time: 7:00pm - 8:30pm Locations: Police Western District Details:

      The Police Community Relations Council meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m.  The Anne Arundel County Police-Community Relations Council (PCRC) is a voluntary, independent, self-constituted advisory body.
