Weather permitting, Kinder Farm Park's very own Sawmill Club will be running logs through the mill. Wood milled from the sawmill can be seen around Kinder Farm park, including inside the Tobacco Barn Museum and Visitor Center.
Antique Equipment and Sawmill Club’s mission is the restoration and display of the park’s antique farm equipment, tractors and sawmill. Our goal is to offer presentations and displays of antique farm tools and equipment so that those participating can experience farm life in historical Anne Arundel County. The lumber from the sawmill is used in many of the small barns and other structures in the park.

Join us for an early Valentine’s Day Celebration. Black Rhinoceros is Ahren Field (guitar/voice) and Erin Snedecor (cello/voice). The two play a wide variety of music ranging from classic rock, jazz, pop, folk, Americana and their own indie originals. The duo formed in 2013 as an off shoot of their full electric band, after arranging the band’s tunes for just cello and guitar when the rest of the band couldn’t make the gig. Since then, their sound has taken on a life of its own, ranging from intimate confessionals to bluegrass jams to all out rock. Party refreshments to be served. Bring a friend if you’d like.

Anne Arundel County's Department of Public Works (DPW) and the Department of Recreation & Parks will host a public meeting to discuss the WB&A Trail Bridge at Patuxent River Capital Project. The public meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 13, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the Two Rivers Community Center/Clubhouse.
The WB&A Trail Bridge is located south of Conway Road in Odenton and will connect an existing trail located in Anne Arundel County to an existing trail located in Prince George's County. This link will be a component of the East Coast Greenway and the American Discovery Trail systems.
The Department of Recreation and Parks and DPW officials will discuss the proposed modifications to the Anne Arundel County regulatory provisions required for this project.
The public meeting will be rescheduled if the Two Rivers Community Center is closed due to inclement weather.
