Sawmill Workshop Time: 9:00a - 12:00p Location: Kinder Farm Park Details:
Weather permitting, Kinder Farm Park's very own Sawmill Club will be running logs through the mill. Wood milled from the sawmill can be seen around Kinder Farm park, including inside the Tobacco Barn Museum and Visitor Center.
Antique Equipment and Sawmill Club’s mission is the restoration and display of the park’s antique farm equipment, tractors and sawmill. Our goal is to offer presentations and displays of antique farm tools and equipment so that those participating can experience farm life in historical Anne Arundel County. The lumber from the sawmill is used in many of the small barns and other structures in the park. -
