Civil rights activists will retrace the path of a 102-year-old lynching in Annapolis next week to memorialize one of at least 4,000 black lynching victims.

Henry Davis was taken from the county jail on Calvert Street, tortured and dragged through the streets on Dec. 21, 1906, in Annapolis. No one was ever charged in his murder.
