Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities will present a free seminar with information on how to live life to the fullest while living with a hypertension diagnosis. This is a very informative and interactive seminar, registration is required and limited seating. This popular seminar will be held on Thursday, November 7th from 9:00-11:30.
