Winter Fitness Hike Reminder

Join a ranger and expert fitness instructor to learn how to upgrade your walk in the woods. Over a 2.5 mile walk through the park you’ll learn and practice how to warmup and stretch, get your blood pumping, and strengthen muscles through bodyweight movements. The hike is open to adults of all levels of fitness and ability. Wear comfortable walking/running shoes and dress for the weather.
