The Anne Arundel County Commission on Disability Issues presents DisAbility Awareness Day 2016! County Executive Steven R. Schuh will be presenting an Executive Citation to the DAD Honoree James Dunne, as well as various individuals and businesses within the community for their lifelong commitment to making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. There will be demonstrations by Hands of Harmony and Canine Companions for Independence. Numerous vendors will be attending to answer questions about transportation, employment, housing and recreation for individuals with disabilities.
